Valencia Poorly Played and Lost to Real Zaragoza

ValenciaSurprising it may be but it is true, Valencia poorly played in Saturday game and therefore lost 3-0 to Real Zaragoza. Valencia coach Unai Emery could not actually believe it is true, he could not believe that his team played poorly and lost to a struggling team Real Zaragoza, but it is reality.

However, Valencia still owns that third place though gained its sixth defeat of the campaign last weekend. And this can just make the Valencia coach feel a little better.

But according to reports, since Saturday, Emery has actually been in troubled state first because how Valencia played entirely and then second because of what happened to Nikola Zigic. The Serbian football player was indeed sent off before half time because of a yellow card given to him.

But mainly of course, Emery has been more into how his team played last Saturday. His team played poorly and so lost to struggling team Real Zaragoza. And just one factor he has been considering perhaps is how far they all can go as far as being responsible is concerned.

“We played irresponsibly,” said Emery. “We should have remained calm. Zigic was very excited to play, but he should have focused his energy better.”

Emery got upset by what they’ve got because of their performance in the weekend game.

“I am very upset by the loss and the red card,” said Emery. “We lost three very important points.”

It is indeed understandable why Emery got upset or may be why he has been in troubled state since Saturday as it will never be easy for one to accept defeat. But we believe Emery will eventually get over with the trial and he will get up to fight for the future of his team Valencia. He is a strong coach and very much determined to make Los Che the most successful and biggest club in Spanish football.
