Reality TV star Tila Tequila was recently choked by her boyfriend, NFL player Shawne Merriman of the San Diego Chargers. She said that she was leaving his home, and that is when he started trying to choke her.

Tila Tequila made all of the right moves and went to the Sheriff’s office in San Diego County to sign a citizen’s arrest warrant. She also charged him with false imprisonment and assault and battery. He was arrested but is out of jail on bail right now.

This case will be ongoing for awhile because the detectives will be talking with a lot of people that witnessed the incident. The District Attorney will be deciding what happens with
this case.

Tila Was not hurt very badly. She was able to get around and do things after it happened. There are no apparent bruises, sprains or broken bones. Regardless, the situation is a very serious one, and it is one that will be monitored for awhile.

There was a lot of alcohol involved in this incident. Both of them were under the influence when this happened.  Merriman was really trying hard to pull his act together with the NFL because of a draft he missed back in 05. He was getting back in shape and things appeared to be going really well for him. He was playing alright and just recently was showing signs of progress as the regular season approached. Of course, this is now going to reflect how people bet on Merriman because there are a lot of disappointed people, and they are not happy that he has done this. He will face the consequences, either with the district Attorney or with the fans.

When they made the film “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry,” Tequila made an appearance as a Hooters girl. She was born in Singapore and is also known as Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen. She was raised in Houston and had a very sheltered upbringing. Because of how strict her parents were, she started rebelling and doing heroin when she was only 11. She ran away and went to New York City at the age of 16. Even though she has had a tough life, she still has done pretty well, and she has a lot of devoted fans, just as her ex boyfriend has a lot of devoted fans. This will be a tough thing for the parties involved to decide what to do about, and nothing can be for certain yet until they talk with all of the witnesses.
