O’Neal Recently Rejoined the Cavaliers

Shaquille O'NealMore than two weeks ago, center Shaquille O’Neal, earned a thumb injury. And now according to reports, he recently rejoined the Cavaliers.

O’Neal actually earned a torn ligament in his thumb more than two weeks ago, and to be exact it was in the first half of their game against Boston. A lot were surprised as he needed then to leave the said game and actually assumed that the injury was naturally just serious.

O’Neal then went through a surgery to have the problem on his thumb fixed. And after, he rested at their home in Florida. He was actually not seen at the courts for more than two weeks and many just miss him.

But on Monday, he was back at the team’s facility. The Cavaliers practiced and then just left for a game in Detroit. Reporters were around then to interview O’Neal but he did not speak to them.

However, general manager Danny Ferry confirmed that O’Neal was able to meet with his doctors and opted to start his rehab in no time. But he is anticipated not to be able to travel with the team anytime soon.

May be in the playoffs they will finally have O’Neal back for the action. The cavaliers are indeed hoping and praying for it.

But of course, it may still take some time for O’Neal to recover from the said injury. He is still about to start with his rehab and there can just be some things that can make his recovery faster or even slower. Thus, let us all join the Cavaliers in hoping and praying that the Cleveland Cavaliers’ center gets well pretty soon. Many miss him and so it would be better if he gets well in short time. Let us be one with them in hoping and praying for the best for him.
