New Formula One Team Set to Dominate 2010 Racing

Lotus F1 CarThere are indeed four new teams that will be joining the grid this new year and one of which is the Lotus team which is believed now set to dominate this year’s Formula One racing. According to reports, they are actually about to unveil their 2010 car. The tentative date of their launch is on February 12, a Friday.

It is actually Tony Fernandes, the team principal, who shared on his official Twitter page that the car will be launched next month, on the said date. They all seem ready to prove to everyone they are worth to be on the grid.

Mike Gascoyne, the chief technical officer, recently confirmed that the start-up outfit was a week ahead of schedule which is now something they can really boast. And that he said, they are looking forward to finally firing up the engine of their car this coming February 5.

All of the team’s announcements seem really good news for their new fans. It is a good thing that the launching of their new car is about to happen in a month’s time and nothing at this point can delay it.

After the launch, the Lotus team might fly to Spain to be a part of the third official Formula One test of the year. If they push through with their plan, they will be seen at the Jerez circuit, February 17.

The Lotus team is actually just a new team added on the grid. For many Formula fans and even sports bettors, they will still go a long way as far as proving their potential is concerned. And they just really deserve to be given chances on showing off what they’ve got. They’ve been serious about entering the 2010 Formula One racing, and so should just be very deserving of these chances.
