Moore Earned Marshall for Rotherham United

Ronnie MooreRotherham United manager Ronnie Moore has recently confirmed that he actually had his first signing of the summer and that it just made him earn the 20-year-old Marcus Marshall. For the Millers, Moore indeed earned the player that for the manager has so many to learn but then just full of potential.

The previous season, Marshall played 22 times for the Millers. And the team’s boss at some point way back the last season must have seen the player as a player to have.

Marshall received an offer to be a part of the Millers and the player actually accepted it. Marshall opted to leave Blackburn Rovers and be with Rotherham United.

Marshall must be happy to be given a good offer like to be one of the players of the Millers. But of course, Moore must be glad as well considering what the manager has actually learned about the player.

“Marcus earned his deal and there is no doubting that he is a quality player, he is still a little raw, he needs to improve but we are going to work hard with him and I am sure he will develop as a player,” said Moore. “It is obvious that he has potential, Blackburn saw that in him but it didn’t work out. It happens to a lot of Premier League kids but I am sure that if he can carry on the way he has started for us he can push his way back up the leagues.”

Moore to be specific has actually said that with Marshall they have options, the player is versatile according to the manager.

“Marcus is versatile; he can play wide right, wide left or down the middle so he gives us options, he has great ability so we just need to get that consistency to his game now,” said Moore.
