Burton Albion Will Be Without Aaron Webster in Their Game Against Shrewsbury
Yes, in their upcoming game against Shrewsbury, Burton Albion will be without defender Aaron Webster who happens to be in struggle for a significant blow in performance.
And also, midfielder Marc Goodfellow will also be missing in action due to a back problem. While defender Darren Stride is not fit to come back. Both are actually back in training however can’t just make it still in a game.
“We are desperate for games. This is meant to be the busiest time of the year and to only get one game over Christmas is disappointing but everyone is in the same boat,” Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido said to the BBC Radio Derby.
Also the manager said, “it has been tricky trying to find places in which to train but Derby have been very supportive allowing us to train in their indoor and outdoor facilities. We have had to be creative and have done quite a few different sessions but I’ll take it as a positive. It gets rid of the monotony and changes it up a bit”.
Just like some other years, this year 2010 might be a challenging one too for Burton Albion. Starting the first quarter of the year with a game against a team like Shrewsbury without Webster and others like Goodfellow and Stride, it might really be one. But of course, it will still be a long journey. Eventually, some good things might happen and will turn everything upside down. In the near future, Webster and the two others can finally be back in a play. Things can happen before the year ends and another year starts. It will still really be a long journey.
Burton Albion should just hope for the best things to happen. But at the same time, naturally, they have to work on these things out.
