A lot of followers of Rafael Benitez and even of Liverpool have been wondering if the manager will really have a summer exit from Anfield. But they can now stop from wondering as the agent of the Liverpool manager just actually confirmed that the manager will not.

“We have not received any offers from any club,” said agent Manuel Garcia Quilon.

The manager has been actually on the news for being a top target for Italian giants Juventus after the unlikely campaign with the team.

But the agent has also confirmed that so far Benitez would just like to stay at Liverpool.

“Benitez’s aim is to remain at Liverpool and try to help the team improve with new owners,” said the agent. “He is under contract and his wish is to remain at Liverpool. He has a meeting with the chairman this week and from what I can see he wants to continue at Liverpool. He needs to know what the plans are for the future, for investment into players at the club. That is going to be important.”

Until the summer of 2014, Benitez is actually under contract with Liverpool. However, there have been rumors coming out that have something to do with him leaving in case he is not given a major transfer budget mainly for the team.

But now it is clear that it is not true that the manager will exit from Anfield any time soon. According to his agent, he will most likely stay at the team as they have not received any offers from any club and of course with a contract with Liverpool until the summer of 2014. His followers and even of Liverpool can now stop wondering. For the agent, he will most likely be still at Anfield, he will not have a summer exit.
